Why doesn’t the CMMDR post more? It always seems like the Ensign does all the posting!

Gary, the CMMDR is often - if not always - on stage and does not have the free time the Ensign has. Busy doing theatre, the CMMDR can rarely just shuttle around his domicile worrying, pacing, and penning mean blurbs for a blog maybe three people ever see.

I often see the CMMDR in small parts, usually as an idiot or some secondary & unnecessary buffoon. Why is this?

Someone told me the Ensign was happy once. Is there any truth to this?

Not true. There was a period of 72 seconds in early October of 1977 when the Ensign felt a modicum of gleeful hope, but it turned out to be a reaction to a drug.
