Cmmdr Cakes:

Three eggs, two tablespoons of rue;

Stir;

Add a pat of contrition and a teaspoon of non-acknowledgment;

Sift with half cup of regret;

Sprinkle in some diced head shots;

Pan-fry twenty minutes;

Slowly add nothing;

                                                      Serve on a bed of loss.
