Cmmdr Returns From Wisconsin, Confident
Responding to a message on his voice mail about a possible audition for a one-scene role of a ‘charactery’ shoe store salesman in an upcoming episode of Two and a Half Men, the buoyant but bald Cmmdr hurried back to Burbank to give it his best shot. Exhausted from all the traveling, the Cmmdr caught a few winks before tucking in to trace the arc of the character ‘Leo Friedman,’ the part featured in the opening teaser of the perennial hit sit-com. “This is right up my alley,” exclaimed the thin-on-top, bucket of lard. The part, all of five lines, requires an ability to both speak, and crouch, in a natural manner. In his eyes one could easily spy the fear, the need, the raw ‘want.’ This reporter is banking on a score for the little man with the ridiculously receding hairline.
